Hi! I’m Jen. I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease in 2018. It is a vestibular condition that affects my hearing and balance. I suffer from severe vertigo, tinnitus, imbalance and migraines. I started creating and decorating my home with coastal items to surround myself with things that make me feel good. I’m stuck at home most of the time, so finding this creative outlet has been my therapy. Like so many others, I absolutely love the beach. The endless feel of warmth, sunshine, I love searching for shells, it’s like a treasure hunt for me. I live in Virginia, but when I’m able, we travel to Florida's Gulf Coast and many areas of North Carolina.
